Dubrovnik Villa Rose Wedding
Choosing Croatia as your destination for a wedding, be it a small intimate celebration or a big three days event for a hundred people – you’re in for a treat for everyone involved. Close to Dubrovnik there’s a romantic little island called Kolocep. At its shore lies a gorgeous old villa, the Villa Rose Dubrovnik or Vila Ruza in croatian. What I love about it is the golden hour and sunset. As the sun sets, the terrace is bathed in those majestic last rays of sun for the day. A magical view!
Usually couples decide to have their ceremony somewhere in Old Town Dubrovnik, like the Sponza Palace. Followed by a boat ride with champagne and canapés, only to arrive 45 minutes later to Villa Rose to a cocktail hour and gorgeous views. Dubrovnik Villa Rose Wedding venue is high on the list for laid back, relaxed wedding celebrations.
Maria & Tom had just that followed by a fun party! Not to forget the midnight boat ride back to town. There’s a special vibe on the boat, floating through the dark waters with just hints of lights on the horizon.
Here’s there full story in a selection of photos. Thank you, Maria & Tom for having us!
